Acoustic Logic Consultancy were engaged by Hallmarc to provide acoustic consulting services for the redevelopment of the existing building located at 14 Queens Road overlooking Albert Park with views to Port Phillip Bay. Key elements of the development included

• Retention of the existing building structure and expansion to incorporate both the 5 Star Tyrian serviced apartments as well as 96 luxury apartments
• Vibration isolation of the rooftop pool and gymnasium
• Rooftop entertaining deck with Spa and Sauna facilities
• Restaurant and café on the ground floor
• Interfaces with the Queens Road overlooking Albert Park
