No.1 Martin Place

The No 1 Martin Place development incorporates the 5 star Westin Hotel, a PCA A grade Office tower and the GPO facility which incorporates fine dining and retail shopping. ALC was engaged for both design and construction phases including the Westin Hotel development as well as retail  commercial offices. The development comprised a mix ob both heritage and new build components. In addition ALC undertook specific analysis and design of the main and junior ballroom spaces.
