Acoustic Logic Consultancy were engaged as the project acoustic consultants for the Westside Place redevelopment located at 250 Spencer Street, Melbourne. The development will comprise 4 towers and include
- 97,000 sqm of floor space
- 4 towers incorporating 2600 apartments
- Ritz Carlton Hotel with 250 Hotel rooms located in Tower One between levels 62 to 81
- The Dorsett Hotel in Tower C incorporating 312 guest suites and additional 684 apartments within the Park Release stage of the project
- The development will incorporoate pools, gymnasium, cinema, karaoke, catering kitchen, boardroom, library, winebar
- 3000 m2 of ground floor retail
